I’m Ivan — a financial strategist and founder of FinTrustOps and IvanTheCFO. I help business owners make smarter decisions by reviewing what’s really happening inside their numbers and operations.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve worked with companies ranging from solo founders and scaling startups to publicly traded giants, including Berkshire Hathaway and its subsidiaries, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Peabody Coal to name a few. My role? Help leaders see clearly, fix what’s broken, and get results that actually matter.

• Degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

• Former auditor at Ernst & Young (EY) — audited internal systems, financials, and processes for public and private companies

• Co-founder and CFO of an international startup in Canada

• Designed and rebuilt financial and sales systems for businesses up to $12M in annual revenue

• Experience in fraud detection, risk control, financial modeling, tax strategy, and spend oversight
